Between August 23th 12:00 and August 24th 18:00, scheduled maintenance to update infrastructure drivers and softwares will occur, and it can affect AWS (us-east-1) servers access. It can affect and cause the unavailability of SFTP Services for all Stage customers due to critical updates.
During the maintenance, we will be upgrading the Bastion (proxy ssh for kubernetes(EKS)).
Possible impacts are: SFTP service can get slow during maintenance; SFTP service can be interrupted during maintenance;
It has NO IMPACT over: Website core metrics, LCP, FCP, TTFB... AFTER the maintenance Server files won't be affected; Functioning of websites Websites creation
Also, it is essential to let you know that during this update we will continue to monitor all websites hosted at Stage and any incidents will be reported on the Status Page. We also will be available to respond quickly whenever it is necessary to resolve any critical issue.
