Between May 15th and May 19th an scheduled maintenance to update infrastructure drivers will occur and it can affect AWS (us-east-1) servers. It can affect and cause unavailability of blogs for all Stage customers due to critical and important updates.
Possible impacts are: SFTP service can get slow during maintenance; SFTP service can be unavailable during maintenance; Websites can get slow DURING THE MAINTENANCE, influencing metrics such as TTFB and others; Websites can get unavailable during the maintenance; Errors can occur while creating a new website;
It has NO IMPACT over: Website core metrics, LCP, FCP, TTFB... AFTER the maintenance Internal server files won't be affected;
Also, it is essential to let you know that during this update we will continue to monitor all websites hosted at Stage and any incidents will be reported at the Status Page. We also will be available to respond quickly whenever it is necessary to resolve any critical issue.
