Scheduled maintenance to update infrastructure drivers will occur, and it can affect AWS (us-east-1) servers. It can affect and cause the unavailability of blogs and SFTP Services for all Stage customers due to critical updates.
During the maintenance, we will be upgrading the Kubernetes Version.
Possible impacts are: SFTP service can get slow during maintenance; SFTP service can be interrupted during maintenance; Websites can get unavailable during maintenance; Errors can occur while creating a new website; It has NO IMPACT over: Website core metrics, LCP, FCP, TTFB... AFTER the maintenance Server files won't be affected; Also, it is essential to let you know that during this update we will continue to monitor all websites hosted at Stage and any incidents will be reported on the Status Page. We also will be available to respond quickly whenever necessary to resolve any critical issue.
